Welcome to Red Roof Country Home, the perfect new abode for any of your Sylvanians. There are four large rooms, a secret attic playroom for babies, three working lights and multiple configurations of the rooms to choose from.
The updated design of Sylvania's most popular house sees a modular system where rooms can be removed and re-built in different designs. The house can be opened at 90-degrees, or out as far as a full 180-degrees, meaning you can shape the space inside your Sylvanian home however you please.
Combine with Red Roof Cosy Cottage to create Red Roof Grand Mansion, the biggest house in Sylvania - or go even larger by adding Sweet Raspberry Home too and make one, enormous dwelling for all your families.

Our flat rate within the majority of Australia is $9.95 each order for standard courier or Australia Post delivery, but free for orders over $125.
Express shipping is available on most products at check-out.
Some of our larger items are bulky and heavy, and so they are excluded from the flat rate fee and free shipping. These may incur additional shipping charges based on your location. Please refer to our shipping policy or contact us for further information.
Gift wrapping is available although that may not be possible for some large items and we will let you know promptly if that is the case. Our Checkout process notifies choices during purchasing. Just let us know what message you wish it to have.
Returns
We understand you may change your mind! If your order has been dispatched, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you, as long as the products are returned:

- In a saleable condition upon return
