Operating Areas?

We can only deliver within Australia. Depending on delivery time and cost we may use either Australia Post or a courier service

How long will delivery take?

We do everything we can to arrange prompt delivery. Orders received by midday are often despatched the same day except in busy seasonal times such as Christmas. Depending on cost and possible delivery times we use either Australia Post or courier services. For major cities, delivery should be within a few days, up to 5 days, but some regional areas and Western Australia may take considerably longer. The size of the order can also affect delivery times as we may need to use road courier services for larger items. For major cities this could take approximately 3 days. If you are in a regional area, please allow up to 10 days or for a remote area, up to 14 days. All days quoted are business days.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES ONCE AN ORDER IS IN THE HANDS OF A COURIER OR AUSPOST. Please take busy season pressures into account if you are in a hurry

How much does delivery cost?

Our flat rate within Australia is $9.95 each order, but FREE with orders over $125. From time to time we may have promotions that attract a different shipping charge but they will be clear on that point. We reserve the right at our discretion to request a higher delivery charge to remote areas in view of Australia's very high freight charges

What happens if I am out when my order is delivered?

If you requested signature delivery, a card will be left advising how your parcel can be collected. If you did not request signature on delivery, it will be left as instructed.

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. Should you wish to change it before dispatch please telephone us. If it has not been processed we will happily change it.

If it has been despatched we will arrange a refund or exchange for you, as long as the products are returned:

Unused, unopened, undamaged and in original condition and packaging
In a saleable condition upon return
Returned within 30 days of delivery

Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?

Unfortunately postage charges for change of mind returns or gift exchanges will be at your expense. If a product arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered, we will pay for return postage.

Do you offer gift wrapping options?

Yes! Let us know during checkout whether your purchase is for a boy or girl, and their age. It may not be possible to successfully giftwrap some large purchases and the option to select it won't appear if that is the case.

You can also select a giftcard during purchasing, (except for those items where gift wrapping is not an option). Just let us know what message you wish it to have in the Special Instructions box.

If my credit/debit card is refused when I place an order, what should I do?

We suggest you check whether you have inserted details accurately. If it is still refused, maybe you can try another card.

Is the delivery charge for each item, or each order?

The charge is for each order, not each item.

How do I redeem a Gift Voucher?

‘Gift Voucher’ appears as a method of payment option during checkout. If the purchase is of a higher value than the Gift Voucher, the balance can be paid by another payment selection.

I live outside Australia, can I order a gift for someone in Australia?

Yes, you can have your gifts delivered anywhere in Australia. They can be gift wrapped and a gift card with your message can be included. We are not able to deliver outside Australia.

I am looking for a product not on your website. Can you help?

We may be able to help. Send us an email with as much detail as you can and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is Paypal?

PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. It serves as an electronic alternative to traditional methods such as credit cards.

Some customers prefer PayPal for on-line purchases as it allows them to make secure purchases without revealing credit card numbers or financial information. It is an account based service, and you must be registered with PayPal to use the system.

When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

Once your item has been received we will process a refund within 24 hours provided it is returned in a saleable, undamaged condition.
